I have been using Windows 10 (laptop) and Windows 11 (desktop machine) for .NET development in Visual Studio 2022 and JetBrains Rider (can't decide which one I dislike the least) for about 6 months.

I've come to realize that I detest Windows, and I detest the tooling but I really enjoy c# and .NET.

Windows is a steaming pile of garbage whose only purpose in life is to make said life miserable.

There. I said it.

Going to leave it at that.
